HIV/AIDS Patient Monitoring Project
Following the 2025 Health Camp, CWF is tracking the five newly identified HIV cases — monitoring health status, supporting access to antiretroviral therapy, and, where appropriate, tracing exposure networks to prevent further transmission. The project maps beyond Mswakini into surrounding areas as needed.
Cervical Cancer Monitoring Project
Four women were identified with cervical cancer at the 2025 Health Camp. CWF’s monitoring project tracks their treatment progress, provides practical support, and examines the transmission networks that led to infection — helping to identify further at-risk women in the community.
